A factory owner will not read a 40-page spec. He will click a screen and say: this is not how we do it.
Overview
A complete interactive prototype of a factory management system combining ERP and MES in one dashboard. I built it to show the factory before writing any backend code, so the client clicks through instead of imagining.
What I built
- A command dashboard with revenue vs cost, open work orders and quality rates
- Low-stock alerts below the minimum level
- Sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting, production and quality as separate modules
- Fully Arabic RTL and just as good on mobile

This is a fixed habit on large projects: the screen before the code, because it is the cheapest change there is.
