Client delivered Cube Line
The full procurement cycle from RFQ to invoice, where the supplier never learns who the customer is.
Business process automation
Real automation is not a single auto-reply. It is the whole cycle: a request comes in, the system routes it to the right person, reminds whoever is late, generates the document, records who approved it, then shows it in the report. In the Cube Line system the cycle starts with an RFQ arriving as a PDF or photo and ends with a purchase order and invoice, with reminders counted in working days. In the nonprofit system, approving a disbursement voucher creates a balanced journal entry automatically, and cancelling the voucher reverses it.
I document how work moves today and where it stalls, before automating a single step.
Stages, signatures and permissions, with automatic escalation on delays.
Quotations, purchase orders, contracts and Arabic PDF reports generated from the data itself.
Deadlines, renewals and follow-ups counted in working days.
Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email and existing systems via APIs, n8n and Apps Script.
Every step recorded with who performed it and when.

Client delivered From one request: a client file, a quotation with quantities computed in code, and a portal to follow it.
Client delivered Staff count one-handed on their phones; management sees losses and variances in a printable report.
Delivered to a client with installation and user guides: a 631-line script that builds its own tabs in one click, records who performed each action, and locks sensitive tabs against staff edits.
Business process automation
Having the repetitive steps in your company happen on their own instead of by hand: routing a request to the right person, generating the document, sending the reminder, updating the report. For example, one request on the MyHome site creates the client file and quotation automatically.
With the step that repeats most and costs most when it goes wrong. I map the whole cycle first, then automate in phases starting with what saves the most time, instead of trying to automate everything at once.
No. Much of it is built on what you already have: Google Sheets, your current system or a WordPress site, as with MyHome, where one request creates the client file and the quotation inside the existing site.
Send your idea as it is, even if it is one line. I reply with specific questions, then an interactive prototype you see before paying for development.
