Restaurant management and POS system: orders, kitchen display, inventory, loyalty and WhatsApp

A restaurant needs one system that links the order to the kitchen, the stock and the guest, instead of five separate tools. I built and launched SyncBite for exactly that, and built Jard, which has run at a two-branch restaurant in Saudi Arabia since September 2026.

The problems it solves

  • POS, kitchen display, bookings and loyalty each live in a separate app and subscription
  • Stock losses only show up at the end of the month
  • Guests order once and never return because nobody followed up

What the system covers

  • POS

Orders from table, counter or link, with a clear status from received to served.

  • Kitchen display

Orders reach the kitchen instantly and move with preparation.

  • Stock counts

Morning and evening counts on the phone, loss alerts and ready reports.

  • Loyalty & WhatsApp campaigns

Daily customer segments and WhatsApp messages with limits that protect your number.

Questions about Restaurants & cafés

Does it work for one branch or several?

Both. The stock app runs today for a two-branch restaurant, and SyncBite isolates each restaurant or branch at the database level.

Do I need special POS hardware?

Usually not. It runs in the browser on any tablet, phone or computer, and receipt printers can be connected depending on the model.
