The problem
AI design tools invent things: they move a window, drop a column, change the room’s proportions. Pretty as a picture, useless as a design.
Overview
A SaaS platform live at archivisionai.pro. Upload a room photo or a 2D plan and get a realistic design of the space, with multiple languages and PayPal subscriptions.
What I built
- Two phases: a structured architectural analysis of the photo first, then that analysis constrains generation
- A bill of materials localised to the user’s country via Google Search, not guessed by the model
- 7 languages including Arabic, with per-locale routing and correct hreflang
- Recurring PayPal subscriptions with plans, promo codes and credits
- PageSpeed on desktop: 100 performance, 100 SEO, 100 best practices
The engineering call
The first-phase analysis counts windows, doors, columns and beams, and that output enters the generation prompt as a hard constraint. The render cannot invent geometry that the analysis did not find.
